"The Potty Buddies" | The Pumpjack Pub | Vancouver | 2023

The Potty Buddies is an irreverent and artistic collaboration with the Pumpjack Pub and Health Initiative for Men (HIM) - two pro0minent establishments that serve the GBQ men and Gender Diverse communities in Vancouver, BC.

As part of this collaboration, I worked closely with both organizations to develop a series of original artworks that depict local members of the communities both organizations cater to. These unique artworks were then digitized and adapted into vinyl prints which decorated the interior walls of the bathroom stalls at the Pumpjack Pub. This created a visually immersive way for the Pumpjack Pub to delight their patrons while also engage them with important health health and messages provided by Health Initiative for Men.

The original hand-crafted artworks were later sold in a public auction to benefit Health Initiative for Men, and helped raise $5,000+ to support their mission to strengthen the health and wellbeing of GBQ men and Gender Diverse people across BC.
